All balances are paid before the run date. We take all major credit cards and funds are non-refundable in case of no-show.  The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.).

Cancellation Policy:

  • There is a 2 hour minimum for all Reservations and a 48-hour cancellation policy.
  • In case of domestic travel the cancellation need to be made is 2 hour prior to the scheduled pick up time and regarding the International travel, cancellation for 24 hour prior to the scheduled pick up time.

Regarding the Airport Pick Up:
Grace period of waiting time is given for the first 30 minutes for domestic transfers and 60 minutes for the international transfers of prearranged time described on the run sheet. After the first 30 minutes clients will be charged the amount of $15.00 for every fifteen minutes of the waiting time. In case of no show the funds will not be refunded. In order to avoid no-show kindly call @ +1 6179539628 at least 2 hours prior to the schedule pick up for domestic travels and 24 hours for international travels.
